We’ve been so pleased with our experience with Allegiant Roofing. Jon and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They were able to address our leak issues (caused by a poorly installed roof years prior) and didn’t try to oversell us on a whole new roof. Jon checked in after each visit to ensure we weren’t still getting water in the home and was always very prompt and responsive. Those on his team were also very professional and highly experienced. I ran into Jon at the Dayton home show in 2019. Prior to I had noticed shingles in my yard following a wind storm but honestly hadn’t gave it much thought until I saw Allegiant Roofings creative and helpful display. Talking with Jon brought realization to a problem at hand. He made an appointment to come out and meet with me (on my time / during a weekend).
After inspecting my home it was obvious there was significantly more damage than I was even aware of. I unexpectedly found myself having surgery and Jon was there like a long time friend all the while helping me take care of my roof issue. He drove 45 minutes one direction to handle conversations with the insurance adjuster on my behalf. What should have and could have been a very overwhelming and stressful time was smooth, easy, and flawless! I am forever grateful for Jon’s help and would recommend them to ANYONE. My new roof looks stunning and completely changed the looks of my home.
Also, they are not typical “sales contractors”. I would like to add that my mother had questions about her roof, thinking it was in need of full replacement. Jon inspected her property thoroughly and informed her that she has good quality shingles on her roof and though they are old she should easily get another 5 years out of them.
It was completed in a very timely manner.
Jon is professional and courteous. The work site is kept clean and the crew was careful to pick up debris from the yard. Jon has attention to detail and checked in frequently to make sure that the work was to our satisfaction. It was completed in a very timely manner.

Allegiant Roofing was an excellent company to work with. After hail damage, co-owner Jon worked closely with our insurance company and handled everything for us. When a decking disagreement arose with our insurance company, he was very knowledgeable, resolved the issue, and our decking was covered. Jon was highly responsive with all communication throughout the process. He made us feel like we were his only concern, tremendous customer service! Excellent quality materials and processes were used. The installation crew was great; very courteous and professional. They also did a great job with clean up! We are very pleased with Allegiant Roofing and are very glad we chose this company! Our roof is beautiful!
