He drove 45 minutes one direction to handle conversations with the insurance adjuster on my behalf

I ran into Jon at the Dayton home show in 2019. Prior to I had noticed shingles in my yard following a wind storm but honestly hadn’t gave it much thought until I saw Allegiant Roofings creative and helpful display. Talking with Jon brought realization to a problem at hand. He made an appointment to come out and meet with me (on my time / during a weekend).

After inspecting my home it was obvious there was significantly more damage than I was even aware of. I unexpectedly found myself having surgery and Jon was there like a long time friend all the while helping me take care of my roof issue. He drove 45 minutes one direction to handle conversations with the insurance adjuster on my behalf. What should have and could have been a very overwhelming and stressful time was smooth, easy, and flawless! I am forever grateful for Jon’s help and would recommend them to ANYONE. My new roof looks stunning and completely changed the looks of my home.

Also, they are not typical “sales contractors”. I would like to add that my mother had questions about her roof, thinking it was in need of full replacement. Jon inspected her property thoroughly and informed her that she has good quality shingles on her roof and though they are old she should easily get another 5 years out of them.
